This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the personal information obtained through our mobile application that tracks Corporate Users attendance using GPS technology. 1 Information We Collect


1.1 Personal Information: When you use our mobile application, we may collect certain personal information from you, such as: Name Email address Phone number GPS location data


1.2 GPS Location Data: Our mobile application uses GPS technology to track employee attendance and verify their location (GPS Permission "When in USE"). We collect and store GPS location data when checked in and checked out only 2 times for office employee for office working Days Only and For Corporate field employee thier location (GPS Permission will be "ALWAYS") so we will track gps location in in frequency of 15 Min and save it to show movenents to corporate employee employer and at any point if a corporate employee would not like to share his location in office Working Hours/Days he/she can "deactivate location" from profile page from App, this will not not send any data to server, but it will show to employer that Employee has deactivated his GPS Temperory.


2 Use of Information


2.1 Personal Information: We may use the personal information we collect from you for the following purposes: To verify and record employee attendance while checked in and checked out. To ensure the accuracy of attendance records by comparing GPS location data with the office location. To provide notifications and updates related to your attendance and location status.


2.2 GPS Location Data: The GPS location data we collect is used solely for the purpose of verifying employee attendance and ensuring compliance with thier office policies. We do not use GPS data for any other purpose, such as tracking individuals outside of office hours or working days or for any unauthorized surveillance activities.


3 Data Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal information and GPS location data if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, or ensure the safety of our users or others.

4.1 We have implemented appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and GPS location data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no security measures can provide absolute protection, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

5.1 Location Sharing: As an employee, you have the option to turn off GPS location sharing within our mobile application when you are not required to be in the office or you are in office or field but you do not want to share your gps . You can manage your location sharing preferences in the app settings.

5.2 Access, Correction, and Deletion: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information stored in our systems. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

6 Changes to this Privacy Policy

6.1 We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, effective upon posting an updated version on our mobile application. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our mobile application after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
